Registration procedure

1. Register or log in (individually) on the SciencesConf platform, in the name of the conference participant
2. access to the Registration tab > Registration
3. Individual registration for the Searching beyond words conference
4. Fill in the form on behalf of the participant and registration request
5. Payment*

Conference registration fees

until 01 September 2023

• general public (except students/doctoral students): 100 euros
• students/doctoral students: 80 euros

until 15 November 2023

• general public (except students/doctoral students): 120 euros
• students/doctoral students: 100 euros

Free admission for all ENSAL and EVS members (registration required, select "ENSAL rate").

*There are 3 payment options: paybox, bank transfer and purchase order. If you choose to pay by purchase order, please contact the ENSAL finance department (beatrice.castor@lyon.archi.fr). The procedure is as follows: 1) ENSAL sends a quotation; 2) your institution issues a purchase order (administrative data required); 3) ENSAL sends an invoice 4) your institution makes the payment.
